What countries do you ship to?
We currently ship to USA & Canada addresses only. We will expand this offering to other countries in the future as we work on securing better rates with couriers to ship our premium products globally. If your country isn't available, reach out to us - info@rockleopard.com and we will endeavor to add your location to the list once available! Sorry for the current limitations and happy shopping.
Cost of Shipping?
USA - shipping is free.
Canada - we have a flat rate of CAD$45. Import duty fees may apply.
Delivery Times?
PRO & ECO GRIP SERIES -
Most orders are processed within 24 hours.
However, on the rare occasion, please allow for up to 3 days to process your order if ordered over a weekend or holiday period.
USA -
The Pro & Eco Grip Series mats are shipped from the East Coast of the US and we have a standard shipping option available. Shipping is Free of charge for orders and if you live on the East Coast, expect delivery within 2 days max.
If located on the West Coast, delivery could take up to 3 days.
CANADA -
The Pro & Eco Grip Series mats are shipped from the East Coast of the US and we have a standard shipping option available. We have a flat rate of CAD$45. Expected shipping time is 6-10 business days.
Does my package come with tracking?
All packages will have tracking. This will be emailed to you as soon as the item is shipped from the warehouse.
If you have a package marked as delivered but haven't received it, please contact your local mail facility or the courier that was used for delivery.

Returns?
If you wish to return your order, kindly contact us at info@rockleopard.com, and we will provide you with a free return label. See Refund Policy here.
Return Process:

2. Return Label:
We will issue a free return label to facilitate the return of your item(s).
3. Conditions for Return:
Please ensure the order remains in pristine condition, devoid of any stains, marks, dents, scratches, or odors, and includes its original packaging.
4. Refund Policy:
Refunds will only be processed for items that are defective or do not meet the specifications outlined in the product description.
Exceptions:
Please be aware that we do not provide refunds for change of mind, personal dislike, or errors in ordering the wrong product.
Sale or discounted items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale or discounted items cannot be refunded.
